- your name as you wish it to appear on your certificate
- and the email address you want your certificate to be emailed to.
NOTE: If you do not receive your certificate email in your inbox please check your junk mail/spam folder. If you have any technical problems printing out your PDF certificate, please print the email advice you receive and take that with you to your training session.
