At National First Aid we make becoming a business partner a simple and affordable process. Unlike other training providers we do not charge an initial application fee or ongoing annual fees.
We offer a level of service that makes teaching and administering first aid courses efficient and effective. As an RTO we provide support and training advice, updates on industry changes, legislation and mentoring as required. We conduct yearly professional development sessions to keep your skills and knowledge current.
As a training partner you are part of our business model and we ensure that every contact with us is professional and meets your requirements.

Application Process
The following documentation is required when submitting your application. Please ensure you have all documentation ready before starting the application process.
- Current CV (within last 2 years)
- Working with Children Check Card
- National Police Check (within last 5 years)
- Training and Assessment Qualification and Transcript
- TAELLN401A/TAELLN401 and TAEASS502/TAEASS502A/TAEASS502B Unit of Competency
- First Aid Certificates (must be current)
- Proof of Business Registration
- ABN / ACN Number
- Current Public Liability ($5m) and Professional Indemnity ($1m) Insurance
- Completed VET Trainer & Assessment Profile
- Evidence of PD’s undertaken
- Face to face interview after your application is received
- In the case of a Trainer Partner annual resubmission, attendance of a NFA professional develop day is required.
