I trust that you have received the latest co provider update regarding re-submissions- sent today.
We apologise for the confusion regarding the submission date – should read submission on or before 31st December 2016 not 2017.
To ensure that the re-submissions are processed efficiently and effectively and to minimise confusion we request that you do not send any evidence by email to National First Aid, all submissions need to be through the co provider renewal submission link.
This also implies that we can only accept electronic submissions via the co provider renewal submission link, please refrain from sending any hard copies.
We are happy to assist you with your submission, however we are not in a position to review your co provider file to identify your requirements for compliance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your details are current / up to date and submitted electronically.
