Remember Gough’s famous statement – “Well may we say God Save The Queen” It rings in my ears because I’m not sure if anything will save AUSTRALIA POST.
After yet more complaints / issues and dramas with everyone either not receiving their Statements of Attainment or finally receiving them after weeks lost in the mail, I have decided to opt for an efficient solution.
The monetary and time costs associated plus delays with lost mail through Australia Post has finally taken its toll and I have decided to utilise the likes of TNT or TOLL Priority to forward mail, in particular Statements of Attainment.
The cost will rise however but be quite reasonable – estimated around $7.00 for A4 envelopes (dependent on weight). Your Statements will be tracked and arrive mostly- the day after dispatch.
This will improve the time frame significantly and lower the waiting period for customers.
