National first aid has to date not reinforced the need to identify your client on the course registration form that you submit with your paperwork.
It has been requested from us that in future that your client is identified for auditing, compliance and for investigation purposes.

Commencing immediately, it is a requirement that you identify your client on the course registration form, this information is also recorded in the NFA student management data base.

Should information need to be retrieve in future for compliance reasons, NFA will be able to identify: training details, trainer, participants and client.

In addition, we have noted that times for training are not recorded correctly – this detail is critical for audit purposes at it identifies if the training time was sufficient for the participants. NFA has outlined the required minimum hours for each unit of competency and we would expect that you work to these time frames.

Please contact Kym, Kay or myself if you require clarification.

Thank you,
