Last week, NFA had the 5 yearly VRQA audit and I advise that we have been very successful.
The audit process was very thorough and arduous however we have achieved excellent results and been described by the auditor as a “boutique” RTO.
I am very pleased with this and I take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience, understanding and on going support throughout.
Compliance within the first aid industry is always closely scrutinised and extremely important to us as an RTO so I thank you all for following / obeying and adjusting to the ever changing rules and regulations.
NFA is moving along very well and I look forward our continued business relationship.
