This is a reminder to all NFA co-providers when you use “option 2 – 1 day delivery model” for the news units “HLTAID003 Provide First Aid” or “HLTAID004 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting”.
It is an assessment requirement that all participants must submit the completed “Theory Assessment Questions” before the commencement of training. The assessment evidence collected must clearly indicated (date and signature) that the completed Theory Assessment Questions are submitted before the training delivery. Since this is a compliance condition according to the HLT training package, NFA cannot process the statement of attainment for any participant who failed this assessment requirement.
