USI must be implemented by January 1st, 2015
An online application system has now been released for students to apply for their USI’s. NFA recommends that you apply for your own USI so you understand how the process works and therefore can explain this to your clients. To apply, access the following links:

EFFECTIVE 1ST JANUARY 2015, NO STATEMENTS OF ATTAINMENT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT A VERIFIED USI SO ALL ASSESSMENT DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REJECTED.
